The Orie

The Orie Condo is a 99-year leasehold condominium located in District 12 - one of Singapore’s most established neighborhoods, offering a unique living experience that combines modern amenities with rich historical character.

Not only did Blanct work on creating a unique website, we also developed a customized application designed to seamlessly synchronize contents across a dual-screen hardware setup. One of the screens is a touchscreen monitor that reflects the design interface, allowing users to intuitively control the content displayed on the adjacent transparent screen. Through this interactive media, users can navigate detailed renderings, trigger animation videos, and explore drone photography. The experience is further enhanced with an interactive rotating building model that calls out the floor plans and comprehensive site/amenities plans, all easily selectable via the touchscreen.
